Management
The system accepts a range of investment types which can be managed directly through our web portal by plan members who are given a choice of à la carte investing or pre-set portfolios.
Portfolios can be monitored, updated, and rebalanced as desired by the plan's Investment Manager.
Fund
Accounting
We combine data from external sources (i.e. daily pricing) with plan data to provide an accurate picture of member, fund, and plan account balances at any point in time.
Dynamic
Reports
A suite of common reports are readily available online for download by administrators and members. Additionally, our consultants can assist with generating custom reports to meet specific needs.
Data Transfer
& Conversion
Our system accepts demographic and transactional data from other providers so that members can maintain plan history when migrating to our platform. We also work with HR systems to align demographic data with plan sponsors.
Multiple
Languages
We currently support English, Spanish, French, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional) for our clients through our web platform. Contact us if you have additional language requirements.

We work with our license clients to build additional security features or adopt system mechanics to work with their preferred security protocols.
We also implement modern security protocols for our TPA clients to protect member data, including a complete audit trail to ensure only authorized access or data alterations are granted.

Daily Back-Ups
We believe in redundancy when it comes to our data, so in the unlikely event of a service interruption, your historical plan records will remain intact.
Secured Facility
Our data is maintained in secure facilities which employ biometric authentication and the latest disaster recovery/prevention methods available today.
Confidentiality
We limit access to confidential information and continually improve processes and procedures with our dedicated Security Officer to secure data on behalf of our clients.
